Skillyo Inc. ("Skillyo," "we," "our," or "us") is a Delaware corporation. We operate the platform and website at skillyo.ai (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you provide directly. When you sign up for early access or create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to give us (such as your job title or company name).
Usage information. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, session duration, browser type, operating system, and IP address.
Skills and content you create. When you build or run skills on the platform, we store the inputs, configurations, and outputs associated with your account in order to provide the Service.
Communications. If you contact us by email or another channel, we retain those communications to respond to you and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers. We work with trusted third-party vendors (such as cloud infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, and payment processors) who process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Email communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email or contacting us directly.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
