One skillspace for everyone you work with. Any app. Any agent. Any page. Any model.
A skillspace is one place where your team and clients share AI skills, results and files. It's how multiplayer AI works in Skillyo. The person building with agents and the person who's never opened an AI chat run the same skills, and every result lands in one place.
Inside a skillspace
- Skills
- Your method, one version for everyone who runs it.
- Brand and files
- Set once. Every run reads them.
- People
- Owners, Creators and Users, inside your company or at a client.
- AI apps and agents
- Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, Muse and more.
- Results
- One feed everyone can see, pick up and comment on.
- Billing
- You, them or their own Team, person by person. No seats.
Set up a skillspace in six steps.
Make one for a team or a client
One for your marketing team, or one for each client. Any plan can create a skillspace, including Free.
Add the brand and files every run reads
Your brand, files from Google Drive or Notion, and what to know about the business. Set them once, and nobody has to re-explain.
Add the skills
Build one with the assistant, bring a prompt, a Claude skill or a custom GPT, or copy one from another skillspace. Each skillspace keeps its own copy, so you can tune it for that client.
Bring people in as Owner, Creator or User
Users run skills and see every result. Creators can also change skills. Keep clients as Users, so they never see how a skill is written.
Choose who pays, person by person
Cover someone on your Team plan with a monthly budget, or let them run on their own credits. There are no seats to buy.
Everyone runs it from where they work
From Skillyo, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI or an agent like Muse. Every result lands in the skillspace, where anyone can pick it up.
Your team doesn't need one AI app, or one level of AI skill.
Ana writes a skill in Claude and adds it to Skillyo. David, who has never opened an AI chat, fills in its form. Sam runs it from ChatGPT, and Ben's agent runs it from Muse. Everyone gets the same quality, and Ana can see all of it in one place.
Your client doesn't need your AI apps, or any. They still work with you.
Emma, a fractional CMO, sets up Acme's skillspace with her method and Acme's brand and files. Marcus, Acme's CEO, runs the board update from ChatGPT. Raj has no AI account and fills in the form in Skillyo. Emma sees both results and comments on them.
- Keep clients as Users. They run skills from a form and aren't shown how they're written, so your method stays yours.
- Keep the engagement together, not in private chats, so anyone can pick up where someone left off.
- Remove the client when the work ends, and your method stays with you for the next one.
- Keep your internal drafts in a separate skillspace, because both companies see every result in this one.
One client never sees another client's work.
Give each client a skillspace with its own skills, files, brand, people and billing. You work across all of them. They see only their own.
You decide who pays, person by person, with no seats to buy.
Pricing isn't per seat, so inviting more people costs nothing. What's metered is what they run. Nobody needs an AI subscription to join in.
- Fits
- A retainer with AI priced in, or your own team.
- Covers
- Their runs in this skillspace, or everything they run if they're on your Team.
- Fits
- Clients who'd rather pay for what they use.
- Covers
- Each person's own account and credits.
- Fits
- Covering a client's lead, not everyone.
- Covers
- The same as paying for everyone, for the people you choose.
- Fits
- A client company already on the Team plan.
- Covers
- Everything Acme's people run.
Two ways to pay for someone
Your Team covers everything they run, once they accept your invitation. Paying for their use in a skillspace covers that skillspace only, and starts at once. Your staff usually fit the first, and clients the second.
A budget is a hard stop
At the budget you set, that person's runs on your bill pause until next month or until you raise it. They don't move to the person's own credits, so a heavy week can't surprise either of you.
Set it after they join
People start on their own account, or their own Team's. Once someone has joined, the owner changes who they're billed to on the Members tab, and can stop paying at any time.
Team is $50 a month for 62,500 credits. Free includes 1,000 credits a month. See pricing
How is this different from what you already have?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Notion are where a lot of good work gets done, and you can run Skillyo skills from all of them. Each is built around people working in that product. A skillspace is for everyone else too. Other apps, other companies, and people who don't use AI at all.
Can't I just do this in Claude?
Inside your organization, much of it. On Team or Enterprise, colleagues with seats can share projects and skills. A skillspace is for what's beyond that: a client or contractor, a colleague on another AI app, or someone who wants the finished work without learning Claude. Keep Claude, and run the same skills from it.
Skillyo in ClaudeCan't I just do this in ChatGPT?
On Business you can share projects and skills with your workspace, and personal plans can invite a few people to a project. It works when everyone's in ChatGPT and comfortable in a chat. A skillspace brings in everyone else, on the model you chose. Custom GPTs are scheduled to retire on December 11, 2026, so any you've shared need a new home.
Bring your custom GPTsCan't I just do this in Gemini?
You can share a Gem, and if your whole team is on Google, that's a good start. But a Gem's Viewers can see its instructions, so sharing one with a client shares your method. In a skillspace, Users run a skill from a form and aren't shown how it's written. Keep Gemini, and run the same skills from it.
Skillyo in GeminiIsn't this just a Notion space?
A Notion space is where your team keeps what it knows, and Notion's agents work for members on Business. Guests are free, and they see what an agent produced rather than asking it questions. A skillspace is built around getting the work done by everyone, including clients with no AI plan. Keep Notion: put a skill in a page, read your pages in a run and save results back.

Questions we get
Does someone need to know how to use AI?
No. A User fills in a short form and gets finished work. Prompts, MCP servers and skill files are there for the people who want them, and nobody else has to meet them.
Does everyone need an AI subscription?
No. They can run skills in Skillyo with no AI app at all. If they have Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Notion AI, they can run the same skills from there.
Does everyone need a Skillyo account?
To join a skillspace, yes. A skillspace is private and people join by invitation, and a Free account is fine. To run one skill from a link or an embed, nobody needs an account to start.
Do my clients have to pay anything?
Not if you cover them. On the Team plan you can pay for each person's use in their skillspace. Otherwise they run on their own account, and the Free plan includes 1,000 credits a month.
Can a client see my other clients?
No. People see only the skillspaces they've been invited to. Give each client their own, and each one's skills, files and results stay apart.
Can a client see how my skills are written?
Not as a User. Users run a skill from its form and aren't shown its instructions. A Creator can change skills and take them to other skillspaces, so keep clients as Users unless you mean to hand over the method.
What happens when someone reaches their budget?
Their runs on your bill pause until next month or until you raise the budget. They don't move to the person's own credits. You both get a notice.
What can each person do?
A User can run skills already there, add files and see all results. A Creator can also change skills and copy them to other skillspaces. The Owner can do everything, including choosing what every run reads, its brand, its members, and deleting it.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Invite as many people as you need. What's metered is what they run.
What happens when an engagement ends?
Remove the client from their skillspace. That also stops any payment for their use there, and your method stays with you for the next client.
Where to go next
Start with one skillspace. Bring everyone you work with.
Pick the skill your team or client uses most, and invite the people who need it.
